1. Local Shipping (Malaysia)

  • We ship to all states in Malaysia, including Sabah & Sarawak, using trusted courier services.
  • Free Shipping: Orders above RM100 qualify for free standard shipping.

 

2. Order Processing & Tracking

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays).
  • A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.

3. Self-Pickup Option

Prefer to collect your order in person? Choose self-pickup during checkout.

Pickup Details

  • Pickup Hours: [9am-6pm]
  • Ready in: 1-2 business days (we’ll notify you via email/WhatsApp).
  • Bring your order number & ID for collection. If someone else is picking up for you, let us know in advance.
